The nail tech that worked with me did not ask me if I wanted the small amount of hang nail that I had cut. She just did it. It hurt so bad I was crying. She saw me and brought paper towels, but didn't stop when I asked her to and just kept saying a little more. And she jabbed the scissors into my toe to get the last cut in AFTER I was crying telling her to stop. This was the worst experience I have ever had and I will never return here again. I advise people to speak up before it gets to this point. I was naive and trusted that she knew what she was doing. She offered to finish cutting my nails in 2 weeks for free, but I will not be taking her up on that. I felt horrible and just wanted to leave and never return. The pictures I added are of my left and right big toes once I was home.

Staff is always friendly. Multiple choices and prices are reasonable. Had to make a return it was handled properly courteously. Would shop there again.

Had the lasagna it's ok the wife had pasta with a cream cheese sauce and it was very dry .to little sauce on the pasta and the wife ask the waitress if she could get a little more sauce the waitress replied for $4.95 more I can bring you more sauce lol 😆
